KEY INGREDIENTS

Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate - A newer more stable form of Vitamin C. It reduces the damage caused by free radicals, stimulates the formation of collagen and reduces dryness and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Research has shown that sodium ascorbyl phosphate also reverses DNA damage and may reduce sunburn and skin damage, resulting from excess exposure to ultraviolet B radiation.

Hyaluronic Acid – High concentration in this formula. An excellent emollient humectant that is known for hydrating and soothing properties.

Panthenol – Vitamin B5- Known for hydrating properties.

 


DETAILS

USE: Use twice daily after cleansing and toning and before moisturizing. If also using Alpha or Beta Hydroxy Acids or Retinol, use Brilliant C RESTORATION Serum first and let it absorb before applying other products.

3. CANCELLATIONS

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
